White clover grows in abundance in New Zealand, but there are additional varieties. The nutritent profile of clover honey can vary depending on if the bees have fed on other types of plants, how it has been processed and how long it has been stored.
Our honey is kept as natural as possbile and we use organic methods in our beekeeping procedures. No additives, flavourings, colourings or additives are added during processing.
Cream Clover Honey is a perfect spread for toast or scones and has a consistency similar to peanut butter. It is an absolute favourite among children due to the mild flavour and "fudge-like" appearance.

CLOVER:
White Clover is a perennial plant that is grown in abundance for the New Zealand Dairy industry. It performs well in moderate to highly fertile soils and is summer active.
Red Clover is a shorter lived (2-4 years) plant sown mainly in the dry areas.
Bees love clovers of all varieties therefore it is a great source of nectar for these busy pollinators.
